We do our best to send consistent teams to each home. You'll get to know your cleaners and they'll get to know your home's specific needs.
We love pets! Just let us know about any animals in the home so we can plan accordingly. We'll be careful with doors and gates.
Picking up clutter—toys, clothes, dishes—helps us clean more thoroughly. The clearer the surfaces, the better we can clean them. But if you don't have time, we'll work around what's there.
No problem. Just give us 48 hours' notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. Life happens—we get it.
If you're not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean! We will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window) at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Life happens and that's okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!
