Our service includes vacuuming, but professional carpet shampooing is separate. If your lease requires carpet cleaning, let us know and we can recommend providers or arrange it alongside our cleaning.
We spot-clean scuffs and marks. If your walls need repainting or have significant damage, that's beyond cleaning scope—but basic spots, we handle.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!
